1.Cooling tower specification:

1.1 When wet bulb temprature =27℃, normally named ton of refrigeration(RT). Ex.:  10 RT= 7 m3.

1.2 When wet bulb temprature =28℃, normally named tons of water. Ex.: 10 tons of water= 10 m3.

2. ton of refrigeration VS tons of water

2.1 Ton of refrigeration (RT):

Less flow rate, fewer fillings inside cooling tower, smaller size. Ex.: 10 RT = 7 m3

2.2 Ton of water:

Enough flow rate, higher fillings inside, bigger size, normally 1:1 cooling capacity. Ex.: 10ton =10m3.
